Manipulation and Disinformation at Work
A practical course for employees, team leaders, HR, L&D and corporate communications. You will learn why even experienced people fall for manipulation, what fraud against organisations looks like (the fake CEO, the forged invoice, the changed supplier bank account, the deepfake call), how to handle rumours inside the organisation, how to resist pressure in meetings and negotiations, and how to respond to external reputational attacks. Every lesson includes a case study from a (fictional) company, a step-by-step procedure, a printable template and interactive practice. The course ends with a final test and a certificate. Well suited to training whole teams.
