Smart and Calm Online
A course for parents who shop, sell and look for advice mostly on their phone – often in short breaks while the baby sleeps. Using situations from family life, we show how to spot a fake web shop, a ‘buyer’ with a courier link, an unlabelled ad, a fake giveaway, ‘work from home’ that costs you money and a pay-later purchase that can get expensive. And what to do if something has already happened. Seven lessons of 8–12 minutes, each with a game and a short quiz. The course comes with a printable Before I Pay cheat sheet and a certificate of completion. Updated: October 2026.
